Today we celebrated the life God has given us in Jordan at the Parent Child Dedication. We realize that Jordan does not belong to us, but to God, and as his parents we have been entrusted by God to raise him to know, love, and serve the Lord. Today we also dedicated ourselves as parents, asking for the help of God and our family and friends to model Christ-like behaviors in our own lives and in our marriage. Jordan had a blast hanging out with everyone and is blessed to have such amazing people in his life! The life verse that we selected for Jordan is Philippians 1:9-11, which says, "This is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God."
